At 1853 Bistro & Bar, we pay tribute to our hometown, Council Bluffs, and offer a first class dining experience, featuring two distinct menus.

Breakfast is better at the bistro. With unique entrées as well as traditional Midwest favorites, this will soon be your go-to spot and the perfect way to start your day.

For dinner, we offer the finest steaks, seafood and specialty dishes. Our bar features a well-rounded wine list, custom cocktail menu as well as local beers. It’s the perfect spot to end your night.
